The Thriving Yogi Studio is equipped with yoga accessories such as mats, blocks, straps, blankets, etc., for clients’ use or you can bring your own. Wear loose fitting or stretchy bottoms, closer fitting tops, and bring a towel.
Whether you are new to yoga or a practicing yogi, your private classes will comfort and challenge you as you grow into your own practice.
Ultimately, my goal and commitment as a yoga teacher is to lead more students to the mat, and encourage and teach students to develop their own personal yoga practice.
Thriving Yogi Studio— COVID-19 Response and Updated Reopening Plans
Health officials continue to warn of the potential increase in the spread of COVID-19 across the globe and have advised reopening businesses to take steps to protect against this virus. These reports have understandably caused concern and anxiety among community members and business owners.
While we cannot eliminate all threats to the community, we can take preventative steps to minimize risk and promote a safe and sanitary environment for your private practice at the Thriving Yogi Studio. As a home based business, cleanliness is always a priority for the Thriving Yogi Studio. We continue to clean and disinfect all surfaces, props and mats, and launder with a proven disinfectant designed to kill viruses and germs.
The following are new policies and procedures we have implemented to ensure the most sanitary and safe space possible for your private practice:
The Thriving Yogi Studio will continue to use resources and guidance from the Yoga Alliance, State and local officials to ensure the safety of studio operations. We are committed to providing private space to practice yoga, reduce stress, improve your immune systems, and focus on mind, body and spirit wellness.
Clients are encouraged to continue to take proper precautions in response to COVID-19 and influenza: wash your hands, wear a mask when unable to maintain physical distance, get plenty of rest, breathe deeply, stay hydrated, and continue your yoga practice.
Stay In Peace,
Doreen Bydume, Owner and 500 RYT, Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher
