After taking the Introductory Private Yoga Class, you may book Drop-In Yoga Classes and Monthly Private Yoga Sessions. Monthly Sessions include 8-12 private yoga classes comprised of 2-3 classes per week at the Thriving Yogi Studio. In addition, students will receive customized yoga sequences to practice at home.
Private yoga sessions start with a brief assessment to clarify goals and identify any physical or emotional challenges that may impact your personal practice. This information will be used to develop customized private yoga classes that meet your goals and help you develop a well rounded personal yoga practice.
Students receive direct instruction to hone their skills, improve alignment, and gain a fuller understanding of yoga in a private space.
