After completing the Introductory Private Yoga Class, you can book Drop-In Yoga Classes or Monthly Private Yoga Sessions. Monthly Sessions include 8-12 private classes (2-3 classes per week) at the Thriving Yogi Studio. Additionally, students will receive personalized yoga sequences for home practice.
The Introductory Private Yoga Class begins with a brief assessment to clarify your goals and identify any physical or emotional challenges that may affect your practice. This information will be used to create customized classes to meet your wellness goals fostering a well-rounded personal yoga journey.
Students receive direct instruction to hone their skills, improve alignment, and gain a fuller understanding of yoga in a private space.
