Individual students or small groups receive customized yoga classes and gain a fuller understanding of yoga in a private space.
In addition to the focused attention during yoga studio sessions, students are given supplemental, customized yoga sequences for use at home to encourage development of a thriving personal practice.
You deserve to live your best life and that includes spending meaningful time focused on self care and wellness.
Our yoga classes will inspire your yoga practice with yogic philosophy and relaxation/meditation for a deeper experience. I will encourage self connection, gratitude and a specific theme to set the tone for each practice session.
Students are also provided with safe asana (pose) modifications and variations, use of props and a fuller understanding of yoga.
